Position: Healthcare Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter/ Assistant Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Being a part of Nursing/ Doctor’s Talent Acquisition team, the primary responsibility would be to
identify and recruit Nurses, Doctors & Healthcare professionals
Job Role:
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
• Maintain contact with account managers to determine recruitment needs
• Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall
candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
• Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments
• Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
• Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis
• Meet and exceed revenue targets
• Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining
• preparing & submitting daily/weekly work reports through ATS
• Visit to healthcare conferences and seminars
• Coordination with nursing institutions
• Organizing and handling recruitment drives and webinars
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 1-4 years’ experience in nursing/ healthcare recruitment
• Qualification: MBA – HR (Full time)
• Proven track record of revenue performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS office tools
• Experience on ATS
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives
• Nursing volume hiring/ Domestic or international Doctor’s hiring experience
Desirable Skills:
• Prior experience in healthcare temp. staffing
• Exposure to international healthcare hiring
